The Dual 12V USB-C socket creates additional USB charging functionality with a USB and a pair of USB-C sockets.

Features of the USB-C car socket
- A flip-up rubber cap protects the Dual 12V USB socket when not in use (can be removed).
- Hole size required is 28mm
- Off-On switch on face of switch
- Green Illumination (when switched on).
The 12V USB socket accepts a 12-24v input feed, making it suitable for both 12V and 24V applications. The output rating makes it ideal for keeping the latest generation of Apple and Android products charged while on the move.
This 12V USB-C socket is suitable for mounting in any of the MUD range of accessories that accept a power socket, e.g. Tunnel Tray, Cubby Box Switch Panel etc. The Dual USB also fits into the Puma/Tdci Defender as a replacement for the cigar lighter.
Note: when fitting the socket to a genuine Land Rover fascia in place of the factory cigar lighter you may need to open out the hole with a file (the difference is less than 1mm).
