MUD has worked with Optimill Race Products to create a quick-release steering wheel boss for the Moto-Lita range of steering wheels for the Land Rover Defender. Manufactured exclusively for MUD by Optimill, the Moto-Lita Quick-Release Boss is manufactured to aerospace standard before being treated to a hard anodising process for durability.
Will the Moto-Lita Quick Release Boss fit my steering wheel?
The boss is designed to fit Moto-lita steering wheels only. The Moto-Lita Quick-Release Boss is not compatible with any of the factory-fitted Defender steering wheels or the Momo steering wheel. We offer the Momo version here.
Will the Moto-Lita Quick Release Boss fit my Defender?
The Moto-Lita Quick Release Boss is available in 36-spline and 48-spline variants that cover every model of Defender. The 48-spline Quick-Release boss has been designed to fit both DSC equipped (2015-on) Defender models and the non DSC models. All models retain the indicator cancellation function.
